The new Type S Aerosol Fire Extinguisher is engineered for high fire suppression efficiency, making it ideal for early-stage fires in relatively enclosed small spaces such as power distribution cabinets, switchgear, motor compartments, compressors, and other electrical installations.
Its compact and non-pressurized design eliminates the need for piping systems or high-pressure storage, greatly simplifying installation and maintenance. The product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and highly reliable, ensuring long-term safety for both equipment and personnel.
The YCFP7 utilizes a Type S hot aerosol fire extinguishing agent with a dual-action suppression mechanism:
● Cooling Effect: The agent undergoes endothermic decomposition, rapidly reducing heat in the protected space.
● Chemical Inhibition: In both gas and solid phases, the agent interrupts the chemical reactions of combustion, stopping fire spread at its source.
Together, these mechanisms provide rapid, effective, and stable fire suppression, while gas-phase byproducts offer additional support during activation.
To ensure optimal performance, users should follow standard installation procedures and adhere to product guidelines:
● Keep a 0.2 m clearance in front of the nozzle.
● Avoid pointing the nozzle at personnel during installation.
● Maintain circuit integrity and avoid short circuits.
● Operate within the temperature range –50°C to +90°C.
● Do not install in locations exposed to water or corrosive environments.
● Replace the device after its 10-year service life and avoid unauthorized disassembly.
