Features

This Box Type Transformer Substation integrates high-voltage switchgear, a transformer, and low-voltage distribution equipment into three distinct, fully functional compartments: HV, Transformer, and LV.

The HV compartment supports various grid connections (ring-main, terminal, or dual-power supply) and can be fitted with metering devices. The transformer compartment accommodates low-loss options like S9 or SC series oil-immersed or dry-type transformers. The LV compartment can be configured with panel or cabinet structures to provide tailored solutions—including power distribution, lighting, power factor correction, and energy metering—enhancing management efficiency and power supply quality.

Designed with a compact and rational layout, the HV compartment features comprehensive interlocking for safety and can include rails for easy transformer maintenance. All compartments are equipped with automatic lighting. Components throughout the HV and LV cabinets are reliable and user-friendly.

Ventilation combines natural and forced methods, with dedicated channels in each compartment. Temperature-controlled exhaust fans in the transformer compartment auto-start based on set points, ensuring stable operation.

The enclosure is constructed from color steel plate, offering protection against rain, dust, and corrosion, with added insulation properties.
