Configuration

1.The configuration of the smart electric box can be adjusted freely according to actual needs in terms of the number and model of smart miniature circuit breakers.This product only supports single-phase 1P or 2P switches by default.f three-phase 3P or 4P switches are needed,please consult the seller's technical staff in advance to adjust the corresponding configuration.

2.The LCD smart panel has built-in power supply and communication functions.When the number of configured smart miniature circuit breakers is expanded in actual use,it is necessary to add YCB7Z-D power modules and data extension cable accessories as appropriate.For details,please consult the seller.

3.This manual takes the standard 10-circuit combination and wiring of L10-S as a reference,and the recommended configuration is as follows:

Function Introduction

· Overvoltage Protection:When the incoming voltage exceeds 265V,the circuit will be disconnected for protection within 10 seconds.An

early warning will be triggered when the voltage exceeds 250V or is lower than 190V.(Applicable to 2P,3P and 4P smart miniature circuit breakers).

· Power Limitation:Users can customize the allowable power.When the power reaches or exceeds the limited power threshold,the circuit

will be disconnected after 10 seconds.

· Current Limitation:Users can customize the allowable current.When the current reaches or exceeds the limited current threshold,the

circuit will be disconnected after 10 seconds.

· Automatic Detection of Leakage Protection Function:The monthly automatic detection of the leakage protection function can be set.(Appli-

cable to smart miniature circuit breaker products with leakage protection function).

· Automatic Power Transmission:When the leakage detection is normal,the power will be automatically transmitted 5 seconds after the pow-

er failure is detected.(Applicable to smart miniature circuit breaker products with leakage protection function).

· Manual-Automatic Integrated Control:Remote control via mobile phone is supported;the on-ff of the circuit can be controlled automatical-

ly by pressing buttons or manually by pushing rods.

· Overtemperature Protection:When the working temperature of the smart miniature circuit breaker exceeds 70℃,an alarm will be triggered;

when the temperature exceeds 90℃,the circuit will be disconnected for protection.

· Short-Circuit Protection:When a short circuit occurs in the line,the circuit breaker will cut of the power for protection within 0.04 seconds.
