Controller Secondary Wiring Diagram

Port Wiring Explanation:

1. Terminals 101, 102, 201 and 202 are only to be connected for 3-pole products. Connect the normal neutral wire to 101 or 102 (or both simultaneously); connect the standby neutral wire to 201 or 202 (or both simultaneously). The 3-pole product will not work without the working neutral wire connected (no connection required for 4-pole products).

2. 501, 502 for Passive Fire Signal Input (Note:After fire linkage is activated, the control mode will be locked and needs to be unlocked by pressing the rocker switch Auto/Manual button).

3. 503, 504 for Optional Function:A set of dry contact signal output.

4. 801, 802, 803 for Generator Start-Stop Signal Output. 802 is the COM terminal, 803 is the generator start signal, and 801 is the generatorstop signal.

Note: The functions related to terminals 501, 502, 503, 504 and 801, 802, 803 are only available when the“Intelligent Type” product is selected.

FAQ

What is the YCQ7B-63 Automatic Transfer Switch used for?

The YCQ7B-63 Automatic Transfer Switch is used to transfer load circuits between a normal power supply and a standby power supply. It helps maintain continuous power distribution when the main power source fails or becomes abnormal.

What is the rated current of the YCQ7B-63 ATS?

The YCQ7B-63 ATS supports rated currents up to 63A. Available current options include 10A, 16A, 20A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 50A, and 63A, making it suitable for small and medium dual power distribution systems.

Is YCQ7B-63 suitable for three-phase power systems?

Yes. The YCQ7B-63 is designed for three-phase four-wire dual power supply systems with AC 400V and 50Hz operation. It is available in 3-pole and 4-pole configurations to meet different wiring requirements.

What is the difference between a CB class ATS and a PC class ATS?

A CB class ATS integrates circuit breaker protection functions, such as overload and short-circuit protection. A PC class ATS is mainly designed for power transfer and usually does not provide the same overcurrent protection function by itself.

YCQ7B-63 is a CB class automatic transfer switch, making it suitable for applications that require both power transfer and circuit protection.

Does YCQ7B-63 support both automatic and manual operation?

Yes. YCQ7B-63 supports both automatic and manual operation. In automatic mode, the ATS transfers between power sources according to the power supply status. In manual mode, users can operate the switch manually when required for maintenance, testing, or emergency operation.

What controller options are available for YCQ7B-63?

YCQ7B-63 provides multiple controller options, including Type A, Type B, Type C, and Type D. Different controller types support different functions such as single-phase or three-phase monitoring, generator control, fire signal non-essential load cutting, and adjustable transfer or return delay.

Can the transfer delay time be adjusted?

For Type D products, the delay time can be adjusted through coding switches. The available delay settings are 0s, 5s, 10s, 20s, and 30s. Type B and Type C products use fixed delay settings.

Where can YCQ7B-63 Automatic Transfer Switch be installed?

YCQ7B-63 is suitable for industrial facilities, commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, civil residential buildings, and other important power supply locations. It is designed for vertical fixed installation in distribution cabinets and helps improve the reliability of dual power supply systems.
