Working Principle

When a fire reaches the heat-sensitive activation line, the device automatically initiates the aerosol-generating agent. The generated aerosol rapidly disperses inside the enclosure and interrupts the combustion process, helping suppress the fire at an early stage.

Installation and Commissioning

Installation Requirements for the Thermal Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device:
1. The installation position is not restricted by height.
2. No other objects are allowed to cover the product.
3. The device should not be installed near air inlets, air outlets, doors, windows, or other openings.
4.The device should not be installed in locations exposed to rain, water splashing, or flooding.

Usage and Operation Precautions

1. Before installation, carefully read the User Manual of the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device. If there are any questions, please consult the company’s technical personnel in time.
2. Installation and commissioning of the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device must be carried out by professionally trained personnel.
3. After installation, the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device must not be moved arbitrarily.
4. In case of fire, on-site personnel must evacuate immediately and close doors and windows as much as possible during evacuation.
5. After the expiration of the service life, the user shall contact the supplier for replacement and recycling.
6. After discharge, if the device needs to be removed within a short period, high-temperature protective gloves must be worn to avoid burns.
7. Disassembly is strictly prohibited, whether the device is within or beyond its service life, to prevent accidents.
8. When installed inside a high-voltage electrical cabinet, the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device must maintain a safe clearance from live electrical parts.
